1. No Refunds
We normally do not accept refunds unless the item you purchased is defective. If you receive a defective item, please contact us at email@example.com within 7 days upon receipt, with details of the product and the defect. You can send the item you consider defective to:

Upon receipt of the "defective" product, we will fully examine it and notify you via e-mail, within a reasonable period of time, whether you are entitled to a refund as a result of the defect. If you are entitled to a refund, we will issue a refund to the original payment method together with a confirmation e-mail with the refund details. It can take up to 10 business days to process the return items, subject to its compliance with our Return Policy. Please note that it may also take your financial institution additional time to process the transaction. In case of any disputes, Project Paper Studio reserves the rights to make final decisions.
We offer goods exchange with eligible reasons supported. If you have doubts in our products (like sizes / materials) or want some advice before purchasing, please always feel free to contact us!
In case of goods exchange, you should contact us at firstname.lastname@example.org within 7 days upon receipt. No exchange for used, unpacked, damaged, altered, tailor-made or discounted items.
Shipping charges for all exchanges will be borne by buyers. Buyers are responsible for any loss or damage to hardware during shipment. We suggest customers to come to our shop for handling goods exchange.
