1. No Refunds

We normally do not accept refunds unless the item you purchased is defective. If you receive a defective item, please contact us at info@aparallelstore.com within 7 days upon receipt, with details of the product and the defect. You can send the item you consider defective to:

Upon receipt of the "defective" product, we will fully examine it and notify you via e-mail, within a reasonable period of time, whether you are entitled to a refund as a result of the defect. If you are entitled to a refund, we will replace the product or refund the purchase price, using the original method of payment.  Project Paper Studio reserves the rights to make final decisions in case of any disputes.

2. Exchanges 

We only exchange goods if they are defective or damaged. If you have doubts in our products (like sizes / materials) or want some advice before purchasing, please always feel free to contact us!

In circumstances where you consider that you receive a defective product, you should promptly contact us at 
info@aparallelstore.com within 7 days upon receipt, with details of the product and the defect / damage. We will fully examine it and notify you via e-mail, within a reasonable period of time, whether you are entitled to a replacement as a result of the defect. If you are eligible, we will send you a replacement product.

Shipping charges for all exchanges must be prepaid and insured by you. You are responsible for any loss or damage to hardware during shipment. We do not guarantee that we will receive your returned item. Shipping and handling charges are not refundable.
